PRIMARY SUMMARY:
Assists the finance team in different projects and tasks as necessary
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist Accounts Payable with 3-way matching discrepancies by evaluating root cause and working with different departments to resolve the issue
• Assist with management of Capital Expenditure folders by ensuring all required signatures and documentation are completed
• Conducts audits of inventory cycle count to increase accuracy of stock valuations
• Maintains, reviews, and audits inventories including but not limited to; finish goods, raw materials, work in process (WIP), tooling, and fixed assets.
• Conducts cycle count audits to challenge standards in the system as needed
• Reconciliation of different general ledger accounts
• Provide Bill of material for different levels of inventory
• Assist with Fixed Asset Audit and reporting
• May assist with internal or external audits if necessary
• Provide copies of invoices on request to different departments
• Assist with quarterly margin reporting
• Ensuring employees are clocking their jobs correctly and sending out a report when an adjustment Is required
• Assists Plant Controller with special projects.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience
• Final year to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from a four-year College or University; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced Excel skills required: Logical formulas, data extraction, manufacturing costing knowledge
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have advanced knowledge of Database software; Internet software; Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) to communicate and prepare reports and presentations.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyzes, and interpret, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
