Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Country Launcher to kickstart our expansion into the Italian market.

You will be working closely with Clarisse, Head of sales and Lokki’s leadership team (CEO, Marketing, Support and Product leads).

This position is open for a full time or freelancing contract.

Key Responsibilities

1/ Identify the best strategy to develop the local market

  • Fine tune our expansion strategy and our sales playbook

  • Collaborate with our French growth and product teams

2/ Oversee sales & customer support local operations

  • Outbound & Inbound sales (mainly from France, but regular visits in Italy)

  • Onboarding of your clients

  • Follow up of your key KPIs on a weekly basis

  • Recommendations regarding the local growth strategy and Lokki offering for Italy

3/ Build the local team (S2 2024 - once the opportunity validated)

  • Recruit your first Account Executive

  • Build the Customer Success playbook with our French Customer Success team


Preferred experience

  • Italian Native speaker

  • Fluent in French

  • 4+ years of experience in business development or market expansion roles

  • Deep understanding of the Italian SMB landscape

  • Experience in a Saas company is a plus

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work autonomously
