Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Communications Specialist to join our growing Swiss team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and roll out of marketing tactics including digital campaigns, social media and events in the French- and German-speaking parts of Switzerland.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager Switzerland and working closely with Sales, Product, and global Marketing teams, you will help scale our Swiss business revenue, delivering qualified leads that turn into opportunities, while raising our brand awareness.
This role requires a blend of creative expertise, project management skills, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of B2B Saas processes that fits a growth-mode scale-up subsidiary. This is a full-time hybrid position which requires some domestic business travels.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development and Execution
- Design and manage digital marketing campaigns for both French- and German-speaking markets, ensuring consistent messaging and brand positioning across all channels and media.
- Customize email marketing campaigns to enhance lead generation and incorporate lead scoring tactics, optimizing for conversion at various stages of the customer journey.
SEO, SEA, and Content Optimization
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to optimize SEO content and SEA campaigns, driving organic and paid visibility in the market.
- Support the creation and enrichment of content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with regional search trends.
Asset Creation and Management
- Oversee the design and execution of marketing assets, including photo and video content, by collaborating with internal resources or managing external service providers.
- Maintain and update the Lucca website in three languages.
Event and Social Media Management
- Organize and manage Lucca-led events, webinars, and workshops, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to maximize reach and engagement.
- Implement and execute the local social media strategy, maintaining a strong and active presence across relevant platforms.
Sales Alignment and Market Insights
- Work closely with Sales teams to align marketing efforts with regional business development goals, creating a seamless lead generation and nurturing process.
- Gather insights on HR personas, customer pain points, and feedback to tailor messaging and improve marketing impact.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, budget usage, and key metrics to provide insights into effectiveness and ROI.
Preferred Experience
❏ 2+ years of proven experience in Marketing & Communications with a focus on digital campaign management, content creation, and lead generation.
❏ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
❏ Fluency in both French and German is required; business-level proficiency in English.
❏ Proficiency in using CRM (Salesforce) Marketing Automation (Hubspot, Pardot) and Content Management tools and software (WordPress).
❏ Agility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, both as a sole contributor as well as part of a team.
Nice to have :
❏ Proven Project management skills (Software i.e. Notion, Trello, Jira, Excel, etc.).
❏ Familiarity with Marketing Analytics and Reporting tools (Google analytics, Power-BI, HotJar, LinkedIn/Facebook/Google Ads).
❏ Creativity and a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics (Software i.e. InDesign, Adobe Illustrator – advantage).
