The team

As we expand our reach, we're focusing on developing the German-speaking regions, bringing our innovative solutions to a new audience. The Sales Enablement & Operations department steers and centralizes all the processes, training, tools and content made available to Sales representatives  to help them sell efficiently and adapt to any changes.

The Sales department is made up of five teams (150+ employees spread over six offices): Paris, Nantes, Marseille, Geneva, Barcelona and Munich, including around seven Sales representatives in the DACH region.

You will be part of the Sales Enablement & Operations team, a group of 18 cross-functional representatives made up of the following teams:

- Operations, dedicated to the day-to-day management of structuring projects to support Lucca's growth and the Sales department's ambitions. It is the privileged point of contact for Lucca's other departments: Legal, Finance, Marketing, CS, Product, etc., giving it a 360° view of Lucca's business and product projects;.

- Enablement, dedicated to sales and technical training for Sales representatives, and to Lucca solutions expertise with the product teams.

Details of the tasks

And, what will you do exactly?

👉🏼 Project management: You will work on the commercialization of Lucca for the DACH region. Lucca is a fast-growing and agile company, regularly adapting its sales policy and offerings: launch of a new solution, new offers, review of our pricing, new assets... You will coordinate these projects for the DACH market and liaise with the company's other departments: Marketing, Finance, Billing, Legal, PMM... 

👉🏼 Data analysis: You will centralize the creation of dashboards and reports via our Salesforce CRM. You will be responsible for data analysis for the Sales DACH team, in order to highlight trends and performance, and derive strategic recommendations. You may participate in market research (competition, legal, pricing) with the PMM.

👉🏼 Process management: You will ensure that Sales DACH processes are consistent, coherent and respected within the rest of the Sales department. You may update, create, translate and adapt certain processes to improve the DACH team's performance, in coordination with the Global Sales  Ops team based in Paris.

👉🏼 Sales assets management: You will coordinate the updating of DACH sales assets with the Studio. You will write sales pitches in coordination with our Sales Enablement Project Manager.

👉🏼Tooling: You will also be responsible for providing support to operational teams, helping them out in day-to-day situations.

Preferred experience

- You have at least two years' professional experience (in a similar position would be a plus).

- German is your mother tongue / your level is C2, you also speak English (C1 level) and French (B2 level).

- You are rigorous and know how to manage complex projects internally.

- You are comfortable interacting with all types of internalcontacts.- You are autonomous and able to make proposals.

- You have good writing skills and a good ability to summarize.
