The EMEA CSM and TAM team consists of 12 dedicated professionals based in France
and Barcelona. Our team supports Key Accounts, Mid-Market, and Tech Touch clients,
ensuring tailored engagement across all segments.

Client satisfaction, proactive support, and strong team spirit are at the heart of our core

*Missions*

  • Establish and enhance the role while shaping the customer experience in
    the UK market.

  • Oversee multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring seamless
    management and satisfaction.

  • Adopt an advisor and "use case"-driven approach to onboard users and
    demonstrate platform value.

  • Track and monitor user adoption of the platform, identifying areas for
    improvement and driving engagement.

  • Build and maintain strong, trustful relationships with customers through
    regular touchpoints tailored to their specific needs.

  • Provide support for customer issues, liaising effectively with the support and
    product teams to ensure timely resolutions.

  • Coordinate interventions from LumApps project managers and product experts
    (PMs and POs) to address specific customer needs.

  • Design and execute action plans focused on continuous platform improvement
    and user adoption.

  • Collaborate closely with account managers to identify opportunities for
    renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.

  • Convey evolving customer needs and feedback to LumApps product teams to
    influence product development.

  • Keep the customer database up to date, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
    Ensure comprehensive reporting on activities, outcomes, and revenue,
    providing valuable insights to internal stakeholders.


    *Skills*

    • 5+ years of enterprise software or SaaS account management experience
      with a demonstrated track record of success.

    • Familiarity with sales cycles in competitive markets.

    • Be able to proactively communicate with customers and with internal teams.

    • Manage a reliable reporting on activities and revenue.

    • Motivation to make our customer successful in the usage of our solution to
      build a success-drive growth.

    • Be able to share cultural values of the company.

    • A high level of autonomy in a fast growing environment.
