As a key member of Lunii’s Executive Committee and reporting directly to Arnaud, our Managing Director, you will be instrumental in shaping and advancing our commercial strategy. Leverage data-driven insights to boost revenue streams and drive business growth in France and international markets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Drive revenue growth in France, prioritising customer acquisition and retention.
- Lead international expansion efforts, starting with Europe and progressing to the USA.
- Optimise team activities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve time-to-market.
- Develop a data-driven strategy that transforms Lunii into a customer-centric organisation.
- Monitor and manage KPIs to track financial and operational performance.
- Oversee and optimise the marketing budget across Brand, Paid, and Trade channels to maximise ROI.
- Structure and scale the Revenue Department to align with strategic goals.

We’re looking for an experienced leader with:
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role, managing multidisciplinary teams (Sales, Marketing, Data, Customer Relations) in a scale-up or start-up environment.
- Proven expertise in connected products, software, and mobile applications.
- A successful track record in expanding businesses into European or American markets.
- Fluency in French and English to communicate effectively in international and local settings.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, Notion and Google Suite.
- A data-driven mindset with expertise in retention, growth strategies, and CRM.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, with a talent for prioritisation, multitasking, and thriving under pressure.

- Gross annual salary: €130,000 + 20% performance-based bonus (uncapped)
- Quarterly collective bonus of €2,000 based on achieving team targets
