Overview
At Lydia solutions, we're all focused on a common goal: to break new ground and develop the banking services and uses of tomorrow.
To leverage our collective intelligence and share a common vision of the product, our teams are divided into feature teams.
With 225 employees based in Paris, Nantes, Bordeaux and Lyon, Lydia solutions's mission is to change the face of banking by offering all the essential services for managing money on a daily basis, through a simple, accessible and pleasant customer experience.
Our vision
We simplify banking services to make life easier for our users.
We design everyday financial services, accessible from an intuitive mobile app, to remove the complexity and slowness of the banking system.
They can be used to complement or replace bank accounts.
They include customer service by humans for whom it really matters.

They work together to design, develop and maintain the two applications (Lydia and Sumeria) and are organized into different squads:
- Core banking
- Fraud fighting
- User Account
- Paying offers
- Social Money
- Customer Knowledge
Each squad (vertical) is made up of a PO, Developers (Mobile iOS/Android, Front, Back), a Data Analyst, a Designer and a QA.
An infrastructure team works cross-functionally to support the developers.

Their objective is to make this service a differentiating element of the Lydia experience, responding to users' needs and expectations, and to increase the number of customers who entrust us with their main bank account.
Sales
In charge of developing and managing our partnerships with professionals and campuses, Lydia's Sales team plays an essential role in the company's growth and development.
Support: Legal, Internal Control, HR and Finance
Working together, these departments help ensure compliance, optimize operations and support Lydia solutions's strategic development.
Legal
They manage the legal aspects of contracts and partnerships to ensure compliance and reduce legal risks.
Finance
The team manages the company's financial resources and oversees financial reporting, budgeting, tax planning and cash management.
Internal Control
This department is responsible for assessing and managing operational risks within Lydia.
Human Resources
