Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Enablement Associate to join our team. This role will be responsible for optimizing the performance of our sales teams by developing training programs, sales content, and enablement strategies. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and drive revenue growth.
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with Maki’s vision and mission.
Drive RFP (Request for Proposal) processes, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
Support Sales in creating presentations and demo environments to showcase Maki’s AI-driven HR transformation.
Provide project management support to ensure the smooth execution of sales initiatives.
Create and deliver training programs, onboarding, and workshops to equip sales teams with the necessary knowledge and skills.
Design, develop, and manage sales collateral, playbooks, and best practice guides tailored to AI-driven HR solutions.
Collaborate with marketing to ensure sales teams have the necessary content, messaging, and competitive insights.
Implement and manage sales enablement tools, CRM updates, and technology platforms to streamline sales operations.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs.
Act as a liaison between sales and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and product knowledge.
Experience in a similar role working with Enterprise accounts, within a fast-growing startup or a B2B SaaS company.
Strong interest in AI and HR tech; knowledge of the HR ecosystem is a plus.
Appetite for solving problems and an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive attitude, autonomy, and ownership.
Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual in English; knowledge of French is a plus.

You will then be invited to a Business Case with your hiring manager.
