As a Business Development Associate you get the opportunity to grow with our company, combining the best of the scale-up and the tech world. You will start in an international and dynamic team whose mission is to find innovative ways to acquire new clients. At the same time, you will work together with experienced managers in your region on the strategic development of accounts, the acquisition of projects and can thus acquire specific industry knowledge.
Key responsibilities ✨
Account mapping: Identify prospects, stakeholders and represent the relationship in a visual way. Based on this exercise, you will work together with the KAMs defining the key personas targeted and the strategy for the next months.Research and identify potential clients: You'll use different tools to conduct in-depth research to understand the specific challenges, needs, and goals of specific individuals and teams within target enterprise accounts.Stay informed and leverage market insights/trends and understanding of the customer/industry landscape to develop and communicate an effective strategy for outreach and to identify/qualify potential opportunities.You will ensure initial contact and meetings with decision-makers and our sales team in various industries. You will ensure that the sales team is well-prepared for the meeting and that potential clients receive the information they need.Utilize all available channels (email, phone, social media, etc.) to contact potential clients to verify your findings and strategiesBy experimenting with new content, channels and tools, you gradually improve our customer approachYou develop and communicate best practices within the team and thus ensure a lively exchange of knowledgeYou work closely with colleagues from Spain and our international teams and are an ambassador of our great team spirit.About you 🧑🚀
Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration or a comparable course of studyIdeally first experience in a B2B environment (incl. internships) with a high affinity for the tech industry.
