As part of the Belgium Sales team based in Brussels, you will have strategic impact in a high-potential market. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring, establishing, and nurturing long-term partnerships with our new clients. This is a challenging full-cycle sales role that will directly contribute to the strong commercial expansion of Malt, all while building quality relationships with our enterprise accounts in Belgium.

Key responsibilities ✨

  • Developing a portfolio of new enterprise accounts
  • Designing, implementing and executing business and GTM plans for each account and building effective measurements that clearly show revenue milestones are being met
  • Effectively collaborating with internal teams to ensure long-term client success
  • Helping clients to understand and enhance their approach to freelancing
  • Educating the market on the power of using independent consultants to become more agile and flexible
  • Providing local insights from users on how to further enhance the product and Malt value proposition
  • Conducting meetings and presenting deliverables on an ongoing basis: contractual follow-up points, production of external analyses and benchmarks, optimization of the customer experience, sharing of sector analyses, sharing of freelance feedback, etc.
  • Identifying client needs in advance in order to ensure we can quickly present them with a broad range of high quality freelance profiles
  • About you 🧑‍🚀

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development & account management 
  • Proven experience of target-driven sales of large enterprise accounts, preferably in the Consulting/ Staffing/ SaaS/ technology industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence and convince  C-level decision-makers such as CIO, CMO, CEO and CHRO
  • A self-starter capable of working independently, while also being a strong collaborator involving colleagues and leaders in order to unlock & scale new accounts
  • Excited about working in a fast-paced, ever-changing scale-up environment and a competitive market
  • Fully fluent in English + Dutch, french is a bonus

  • Interview with Malik, General Manager for Belgium and the Netherlands, to discuss your experience and how it would align with this role (45-60 minutes)
  • Business case with Malik and Tom, Sr. Key Account Manager and your future colleague (1 hour)
  • Final round with Olivier, Chief Sales Officer, to discuss Malt’s long term vision and to check any remaining questions (30-45 minutes)
