Olivier joined Malt in 2023, bringing over 25 years of extensive expertise in global strategic and creative marketing. A master of narrative-driven content strategy, he crafts compelling stories that deeply resonate with our audiences. His top priority is to lead our Marketing and help them elevate our brand and market presence, widely sharing our vision of giving people the freedom to choose who they work with.

Originally from France, Chloé spent two vibrant years in Berlin, honing her professional skills in the dynamic German market. Today, her expertise has propelled her to the role of Talent Acquisition Manager for the DACH region at Malt, where she excels in recruiting top-tier talent across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. In 2023, driven by her passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Chloé took on an additional role as project manager to lead these initiatives at Malt. Her dedication ensures that Malt continues to foster a genuinely inclusive and safe workplace for everyone.

Sam grew up in Bristol in the West of England, before heading to Oxford University to study Mathematics. After graduating with a Master's degree, his interest in Consulting took him to COMATCH in 2019, where he helped build the London office as one of its first team members. Working across various industries, Sam has focussed on Consulting & Professional Services since 2020 and took sole responsibility for the division as Malt acquired COMATCH in 2022. From 2023, he has also led the Project Partner team - managing project requests from Malt's UK clients across all industries.

Anaïs graduated with a degree in computer science and embarked on her career as a Data Engineer in Singapore. Upon returning to Paris, she built and led data platform & engineering teams for many years. In October 2023, Anaïs joined Malt to lead the Data Platform team, with a focus on establishing the data foundation that will unlock future analytics and AI applications for the company.

Estelle swiftly focused her expertise in recruitment and customer support during her studies. Upon completing her Master’s degree, she embraced the opportunity to explore various professions and industries, fueling her passion for travel. This adventurous spirit led her to Malt, where she discovered an exciting role as a Project Partner. Now, she thrives in this position, working on profile search projects for the Public Sector. Estelle excels at guiding clients throughout the process, offering insightful advice, and connecting them with the right freelancers.

Hailing from Colombia, Jessica embarked on an exciting journey to France, settling in Bordeaux for her studies. After graduating, she joined Malt's finance team, which was just three members strong at the time. The team has since grown exponentially to 40 team members. Excelling as the Finance Operations Team Manager, Jessica made a pivotal career shift in 2024, transitioning to a Project Manager role within the Strategy team. In this new position, she tackles critical projects, such as securing new partners to finance initiatives and ensuring our freelancers are paid as swiftly as possible.

Torben, originally from Germany, was raised there and completed a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management. He furthered his education by pursuing a double Master's degree in Business Administration at the University of Mannheim in Germany and Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Afterward, Torben embarked on a career in consulting, gaining valuable experience through positions at Lufthansa Consulting, Star Alliance, and Porsche Consulting.

With a background in both corporate and consulting roles, Torben was attracted to the start-up spirit of COMATCH, which offers lean structures and tremendous growth potential. In early 2021, he made the transition into a Sales role. Following the acquisition by Malt, Torben now serves as a Senior Key Account Manager in the retail and consumer goods sector. In this capacity, he plays a crucial role in scaling business operations in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) and establishing strong, long-term partnerships with large enterprise clients.

Graduated of ISG Paris in international business, Céline worked for 10 years for the CCE international network, promoting France’s economic presence abroad. She decided to move to Berlin in 2018, where she joined COMATCH in charge of developing and coordinating the network of consultants and interim managers in France.

As a passionate relationship builder, she develops on tops her expert role to help teams at getting better at engaging with clients, widen their knowledge in relationship building and master networking skills.

In 2023, she took the lead of the global Consultant Relations team and continue to develop herself at Malt.

Ines grew up in France in a Franco-German environment. After graduating from a double bachelor degree in International Management for Franco-German relations, she worked in the Marketing field in Paris with a focus on Germany and the DACH region. Her various experiences gave her a great expertise of the market and its evolution. Ines was one of the first members of Malt Germany when she arrived in 2019 as an Account Executive. She has helped the German market to grow and the freelancing vision to spread within our German clients. She now manages the sales team.

Léna was a freelancer a few months before joining Malt. She had always been attracted to this new model of work and wanted to be at the center of this change. She had the chance to meet Vincent Huguet and Hugo Lassiège, the two creators of Malt to discuss their long-term vision for the company.

That’s why she decided to join the adventure in 2017 in the Customer Care team and was promoted to CSM 3 years ago. Today, she’s happy to be a part of the new work order and to witness Malt's growth since she joined!

Graduating in 2009 with a degree in physics from Amsterdam, Evelyne went on to earn a Ph.D. in Math/Environmental Sciences in 2016. She moved to Berlin and started her career as a data scientist. Joining Comatch in 2018, she got promoted to team lead in 2021.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Evelyn finds solace in her hobbies of running and playing the piano.

Sahbi studied at Epitech and started coding 10 years ago as a fullstack developer. Attracted by the challenges a scale-up represented, he joined Malt in 2019. After 1 and a half years, he was promoted to a Tech Lead role. Sahbi is always on the hunt for new amazing features to develop. He will always answer zoom calls with a smile on his face from home, where he has been working remotely since the beginning.

Olivier started his career with 8 years in consulting groups including Wavestone. His experience as a consultant allowed him to understand businesses and their complex needs. Surrounded by freelancers in his family, he joined Malt in 2020, first as the Business Unit Director for Energy, Industry, Transport & Public sector, then as the VP Sales & Client Development for France. Fun fact, he’s also an entrepreneur and he launched his own 100% natural alcohol brand called "La Jeannette”.
