In this position, you will be reporting to the Italian regional manager, and you will be in charge of creating interesting content for the website & Blog. The goal will be to ensure that our activities appear in the search results targeting as many people as possible in order to inspire them in discovering new adventures. Your mission will consist of the following :
Content Writing (90%)
Creation and integration of content from our outdoor professionals into our website and ensuring its quality
Collaborate with our team of writers and editors to ensure consistency and quality across all content
Research to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in outdoor activities and travel
Analysis and optimization of natural referencing of the activities - Google SEO
Rework and improve internal content with the Sales Director to give the entire Manawa team greater expertise (reread the blog articles, sports training…)
Customer Service (10%)
This role involves managing bookings and handling incoming customer requests through email, chat, and phone.
Additionally, you will support the customer service team during peak periods and some weekends.
Language skills: Native English
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. journalism, communications, marketing, tourism)
Passion and Strong writing and editing skills
Experience or knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and SEO best practices
Passion and motivation to discover more about outdoor activities and travel
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
You speak another Language : Italian, French or Spanish
You have experience with personal writing projects such as writing books or poetry or creating a blog
