YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support Global Process Owner (GPO) and Global Service Head (GSH) in developing a functional process concept and be responsible for implementation within the regional centers
Conduct process change management, monitor adherence to policies, standards, governance and organization
Maximize effectiveness and efficiency of the team and implement relevant improvements. Examine operational policies and make recommendations for improvements to particular process steps
Support process migration and stabilization process redesign, deployment of third party solutions with process expertise and project management skills
Monitor process performance (timeliness, quality, and costs) assuring accurate measurement / reporting and defines corrective actions. Take an active part in the process training conception and execution. Implementation of performance measurement, performance reporting and management
Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement and automation
Implement internal controls and support of Global Process Owner (GPO) in tracking process costs. Contribute knowledge and advisory regarding all process matters
Coordinate Compliance and Risk Management activities in the department in cooperation with the relevant Delivery Lead and Compliance Manager

Profile description:
YOUR PROFILE:
Education: Completed studies in Business Management, Marketing, or similar fields
Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Marketing or other related field, ideally in an international environment
Required Skills: Experienced in the use of techniques and methods of business process analysis, especially in process modelling and their technical implementation (e.g. BPMN, BPMS, EPK, Process Excellence, ITIL or DW-RPA-ML). Ability to create and define processes and process models in MS Visio. Experience with automating and re-engineering operational processes. Practical skills in the area of Lean Management, Six Sigma is a plus. MS Office skills (Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint)
Languages: Advanced spoken and written English (C1+ Level), fluency in German language is an advantage
Competences: Highly motivated and dynamic personality with a hands-on mentality, strong analytical and communication skills, willingness to travel (driving license B)
