Job description

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader Talent Acquisition to join our MANN+HUMMEL team in Brno. In this role, you will lead the recruitment in the Czech Republic and Germany (partially). You will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance efficiency and share best practicies. You will be required to recruit leadership and highly specialised positions as well.

Main Tasks
  • Leading a team of 9 Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and Global Mobility Specialists
  • Overseeing and managing the hiring and employer branding strategy for Czech Republic in close cooperation with the Global TA Manager and Global EB Manager
  • Responsibility of recruitment and employer branding budget including cooperation with external partners
  • Alignment of recruitment stragegies with organizational goals and workforce planning needs based on labor market trends
  • Recruitment of leadership and highly specialised positions
  • Participation and leading various HR projects accross the globe

Profile description:

Your Profile

  • Education: University degree or another relevant education
  • Experience: 3+ year experience in Talent acquisition area included 2+ year on leadership position
  • Required Skills: Good knowledge of recruitment processes and systems (preferably Success Factors)
  • Languages: Professional knowledge of English (B2/C1 level), additionally German language will be a big advantage
  • Competencies: Leadership skills, negotiation skills, customer approach, good time management, proactivity, flexibility, great communication and organizational skills but also to have structured and analytical mindset
