Being part of the Sales Team FR for the Second Life project, you will play a key role in the growth of our sales operations.
What You’ll Do:
As a Business Development & Account Management Assistant, you will be at the heart of the action! You will have the opportunity to:
- Develop analytical skills to assess the potential of partners within the context of the Second Life project.
- Conduct telephone calls and negotiations with French partners to enhance prospecting and negotiation skills, essential for developing and maintaining strong partnerships.
- Oversee the management of existing accounts, ensuring their continuous development and satisfaction to maximize long-term success.
- Utilize the Zoho CRM tool to manage and analyze partner data efficiently.
- Assist in the creation of catalogs, advancing proficiency in Excel and gaining an understanding of eCommerce technical integration to showcase products effectively.
- Collaborate with the Mano Fulfillment logistics team, playing an active role in onboarding new sellers into the program, and contributing to the development of sales, thus strengthening the program's reach and impact.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns in collaboration with the promotional team, identifying key categories and products to promote according to our commercial strategy.
- Engage in project management tasks such as organizing webinars for partners, accelerating fulfillment programs, and analyzing business results.

What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a student in Master (Bac +4/+5) from a business, economics, or engineering school , who is:
- Passionate about online commerce.
- Has a strong interest in sustainable development and a general awareness of current environmental issues.
- Hunter: You love presenting and negotiating with company directors and managers.
- Speak French (native) and English (mendatory); any other languages are a plus!
