The position

Job description

With the aim of developing its presence in the US market through influencer marketing and an interactive Sorority program, The Manucurist team is looking for a profile, bilingual or native English speaker, for a 1-year Alternance (Work-Study Program) starting in March/April 2025

Reporting to the US Marketing Manager and Influence department, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Influence & Sorority Marketing

  • Assist in the implementation of affiliate, sorority and influencer marketing strategies, including social media and US sorority initiatives

  • Identify and maintain relationships with influencers, Sorority organizations and Nail Artists.

  • Involve talent around the brand and support them in creating and publishing content.

  • Handle gifting initiatives and prepare product orders for influencers and sorority organizations maintaining inventory and tracking shipments.

  • Measure and monitor the performance of actions taken.

  • Formulate recommendations to improve future campaigns and optimize Manicurist’s influencer strategy.

Preferred experience

  • 3/4 years’ higher education in marketing.

  • Fluency in English is essential, with the ability to craft engaging content and communicate effectively with influencers

  • First experience in an influencer agency or in public relations is a plus.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.

  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Passionate about the world of beauty.

  • Dynamic, connected, rigorous, organized and able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
