Segment: Royal Canin

Location: Aimargues (30 minutes from Montpellier). This role is open to other European Royal Canin sites for the right candidate.

What are we looking for?

• Strong supply chain functional knowledge in one or more of the Supply Chain capabilities areas (Planning, Customer Service and Physical logistics) including operational experience in those areas

• Must be able to influence and motivate at all levels within the business in order to achieve objectives

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

• Digitally & data savvy and strong learning agility with process and systems (Power BI, OneNav, SAP,...)

• Well-developed project management and planning skills to manage multiple projects and priorities

What would be your key responsibilities?

European Supply Chain Activity & Performance Tracking management

• Lead the development of European Supply Chain Performance tracking (Regional KPI Control Tower & Heatmap) for Royal Canin Europe through consolidation of Local Supply Chain Performance and Insights.

• Develop capabilities and tools to improve overall E2E Supply Chain Visibility and Transparency.

• Digitalize relative processes targeting ultimately a touchless ecosystem.

• Benchmark across Mars community WoW.

​European Supply chain development

• Drive design/deployment/improvement of existing or future Supply Chain capabilities across European units (markets & factories) in collaboration with X-functional stakeholders (Global/Local/regional Supply Chain, IT, finance, sales,…) – Example: Service measurement, Transport management system,…

• Sustain Supply Chain capabilities portfolio by designing/deploying specific processes & Key users profile across European Units

• Support best practices sharing within RC & Mars community

Collaboration & communication – Leverage European Supply Chain community

• Lead European Supply Chain community collaboration activities (Forum / content/frequency)

• Lead European Supply Chain communication activities to external stakeholders
