The Global Overheads Analyst will have three main missions:
Global Overheads Analysis and Insights
Budget control, management and business partnering of Campus functions (S&F, P&O, R&D, Legal) Drive continuous improvement, simplification and standardization plus adoption of Overheads digital tools.
What are we looking for?
Master’s Degree BA / Business School, preferable in Finance
5 years’ experience in finance minimum, including business partnering
Very good communication skills both oral and written
Self-driven and highly motivated
Curiosity for digital tools to step change information analysis and connection
Excels in data analyses and insights
Proven ability to create collaborative relationships
Language skills: English is a must, open to no French speakers but French proficiency is a plus
What will be your key responsibilities?
Global Overheads Analysis and Insights :
This role will be supporting the Leadership team with meaningful analyses of our current overheads performance vs targets and will facilitate conversations amongst relevant audience.
She/he will drive standardization of overheads process and reporting
She/he will also play a driving role in terms of systems, allocations, overheads playbook, digital tools.
Headquarter Budget Co-pilot for R&D, S&F, P&O Incl GM, Legal and Global Overheads Co-pilot Corporate cross-charges (MGS, CSS, ICTC) :
Co-pilot Campus budgets for actuals activities such as closing, accruals, budgets, periodic and YTD analysis Plan submissions and explanations of variances vs Plan and LY to functions.
