During Aurélie Maternity Leave, you will be responsible for managing contracts and providing legal support to the company :
Contracts:
Drafting and reviewing standard contracts (clients, suppliers, partners)
Negotiating and drafting bespoke contracts
Monitoring contract execution
Managing potential litigation
Legal watch on regulatory developments (commercial law, GDPR, etc.)
Corporate Law : with our external counsels
GDPR : with our external DPO support
Monitoring GDPR regulations and ongoing cases
Managing requests for access and rectification rights
Education:
Master’s degree in Business Law, Contract Law or equivalent
In-depth knowledge of commercial law
Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience as a Legal counsel Contracts
Experience software companies or digital sector would be a plus
Skills:
Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
Knowledge of corporate law and GDPR
Analytical and synthesis skills
Rigour, organisation and autonomy
Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
English level C1 is essential
