Your mission
As our first Business Development Manager in Germany, you'll play a pivotal role in launching and growing our ProperShot product in the market. You'll help shape our go-to-market strategy and drive growth through direct sales and strategic partnerships. This is a unique entrepreneurial opportunity to join a fast-growing company at a key moment in its expansion.
What you'll do:
- Help us adjust our very successful product and Go to Market strategy to launch ProperShot in Germany.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospect, demo, close, onboard, and grow customer accounts
- Explore and negotiate partnerships with broker networks, software platforms, and industry associations
- Deeply understand the German real estate market and identify key segments and trends
- Feed local insights into product, marketing, and sales strategy working very closely with these teams
- Contribute to scalable growth playbooks for long-term market success
What You Bring:
- A strong network the German real estate industry
- Entrepreneurial spirit – you're hands-on, strategic, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Track record in driving both sales and partnerships Independent and proactive, able to drive end-to-end projects with strong determination, resilience, and independently
- Excellent communication and collaborative skillsExperience working in an international environment is a plus
- Bonus: experience launching or growing a product in a new market
