About the Onboarding Team

The Onboarding Team is a specialized unit dedicated to ensuring a smooth and efficient setup process for our customers.

Our key objectives are:

  • Delivering seamless integrations with diverse DMS/IMS platforms such as Vauto, Homenet, and Pimcore.
  • Reducing onboarding time and enhancing customer satisfaction by optimizing workflows and technical processes.
  • Investigating and resolving integration challenges to ensure uninterrupted customer operations.
  • Supporting internal teams, including Customer Success and Support, by providing technical expertise and insights during onboarding.

By joining the team, you’ll be working alongside skilled professionals who collaborate globally across France, Austria, and India, striving to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsabilities:
As a Technical Integration Lead, you will:

  • Lead Integrations: Own and optimize integration workflows to reduce onboarding time for clients in Europe and North America.
  • Assist Customer Teams: Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to deeply understand customer needs at a technical level.
  • Coordinate with IMS Providers: Contact Automotive Inventory Management System (IMS) providers (e.g., vAuto, Homenet) to gather technical details for quick onboarding.
  • Setup Data Import Jobs: Configure import jobs from various sources like FTP servers and API’s.
  • Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues: Investigate and resolve technical challenges, identify root causes, and implement solutions independently.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with global teams (India, France, Austria) and act as a bridge between technical support and backend engineers.

Profile:

HARD SKILLS:

  • Strong SQL proficiency for data analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Python for scripting and automations.
  • Basic knowledge of PHP and web technologies.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, Integrations, and development environments.
  • Nice to Have: Experience with Hubspot, Unix environments, Cloud service providers and other CRM tools.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Structured, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a “people person.”
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
