About the Onboarding Team
The Onboarding Team is a specialized unit dedicated to ensuring a smooth and efficient setup process for our customers.
Our key objectives are:
- Delivering seamless integrations with diverse DMS/IMS platforms such as Vauto, Homenet, and Pimcore.
- Reducing onboarding time and enhancing customer satisfaction by optimizing workflows and technical processes.
- Investigating and resolving integration challenges to ensure uninterrupted customer operations.
- Supporting internal teams, including Customer Success and Support, by providing technical expertise and insights during onboarding.

Key Responsabilities:
As a Technical Integration Lead, you will:
- Lead Integrations: Own and optimize integration workflows to reduce onboarding time for clients in Europe and North America.
- Assist Customer Teams: Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to deeply understand customer needs at a technical level.
- Coordinate with IMS Providers: Contact Automotive Inventory Management System (IMS) providers (e.g., vAuto, Homenet) to gather technical details for quick onboarding.
- Setup Data Import Jobs: Configure import jobs from various sources like FTP servers and API’s.
- Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues: Investigate and resolve technical challenges, identify root causes, and implement solutions independently.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with global teams (India, France, Austria) and act as a bridge between technical support and backend engineers.
