The position

Job description

As Junior Marketing Manager, you will be working within the Go-To-Market team, reporting to the UK Country Manager. In our Marketing team, you will be responsible for assisting in the 360 go-to-market plans for the UK market, particularly looking after the historic brands (Match & Ourtime) as well as assisting on the rest of our portfolio.

Marketing

  • Assist the Country Manager in building the Marketing strategy, working closely with the Brand & Acquisition Teams to ensure the best go-to-market plan (Media & Assets)
  • Determine and understand the fundamental drivers of the market dynamics and translate this in to actions for growth
  • Monitor competitors closely
  • Input in to the annual Integrated Marketing Plan
  • Communications

  • Develop communications ideas to further raise awareness for our brands in the UK
  • Work with local PR agency 
  • Review & edit of press releases & other texts
  • Project management of special partnerships
  • Craft and manage briefs for partners (media, influencers etc) we work with
  • Content

  • Establish and maintain the tone of voice of each brand across various platforms
  • Develop ideas for creatives and content 
  • Copywriting: (Trans)creation of various communication assets (campaigns, product texts etc) for the market 
  • Social Media: Creation of Social Media plan & content (texts & visuals)
  • Strong collaboration with our Creative Lab for visual assets
  • Qualifications :

  • English (fluent at a minimum) with a deep connection to UK culture/ ideally has lived in the UK
  • Excellent communications skills (focus areas: PR, Content)
  • Analytical skills, able to extract insight from data, with a test & learn philosophy
  • Strong Team player with a Global outlook
  • Experience, 2-3 years, ideally Online 
  • Experience in local Media & PR 
  • Good organizational and planning skills 
  • Ability to think big picture while also being in to the details 
  • Able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment 
  • Open to change
