METRON

Vincent Sciandra is a Computer Science PhD holder, and a research engineer, owning a diploma from the Ecole Centrale d'Electronique (Central School of Electronics) of Paris. He founded METRON in 2013, a French Cleantech specialized in energy efficiency and performance improvement, reducing energy costs and the carbon footprint of groups all over the world.

Trained as an on-board systems engineer, Anthony has been present since the beginning of the METRON adventure.

Driven by a strong desire to innovate, he is currently working on the development of new products with experts in energy, data science and IT development. On a daily basis, he must understand the needs of manufacturers and combine them with the company's avant-garde vision to create new products and imagine the energy world of the future.

Hello, I'm Fanny, VP People & Culture, and I joined METRON in 2020.

I have always been passionate about the human dimension of organizations and team dynamics.

The People and Culture team has a shared posture and mission: we are a facilitator and we help teams be the best they can be to make METRON's project succeed.

Our approach to support teams is based on what we call Rise Leadership, or how to reveal and enhance the individual and collective talents of our employees in the service of a common project.

Specialized in Energy Systems and Environment, Léa joined METRON in 2018 as an Energy Operations Engineer for 2 years and then moved to Product Manager in 2020 to support the development teams in the design and implementation of the platform.

Motivated by the challenges of the energy transition such as sobriety, she has worked as an Operations on many optimization projects in close connection with manufacturers, which allows her today to better understand their issues and constraints and thus integrate them into the Product, by offering them the best tools and features.

In direct contact with many interlocutors (sales people, partners, developers, customers, etc.), Léa's challenge is to prioritize and design developments that maximize user value with the least amount of effort, while guaranteeing: stability, final quality and alignment with METRON strategy.

Recently arrived at METRON, Zoé holds a master's degree in strategic marketing and business development from a business school. Positive and enthusiastic by nature, she likes to get involved and carry out the projects entrusted to her, both on the product marketing side and on the improvement of the customer experience.

With a diploma in Engineerin and a Masters degree in Business, Jérôme joined METRON in early 2019.

With a strong sales hunting temperament, he started working for manufacturers and service providers on heavy energy production equipment for all types of industrial and tertiary sectors (steam turbines, gas turbines, burners, cogeneration engines, etc.).

His advanced knowledge of most industrial sectors allows him to navigate with various corporate and field contacts to address the METRON solution, and to grow his Business Dev team

An energy engineer, Matteo joined METRON in 2018. His experience with several industrial sectors and in energy efficiency allows him to understand how processes work and the customer's expectations for on-site energy management. His knowledge of the METRON ecosystem allows him to help customers in digitizing energy management, monitoring cost reduction and decarbonization.

Interacting with the sales, product and technical teams, he works on the evolution of the product and proposes the most suitable solution for our customers.
