The position

Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic apprentice/intern to join our Customer Success team as an Industrial Solution Data Engineer.

The Customer Success Team is part of the Operations department, whose mission is to deploy software to our customers, but also to maintain and continuously improve the diagnostic methodology.

As a Customer Success Data Engineer apprentice/intern, you will contribute to our customer base’s growth and success by supporting other customer success managers. You will gain experience in data engineering, data analysis, and customer relationship management within a SaaS environment for industries. You will work closely with our team to drive data-driven decision-making and improve customer health scores.

Your missions

Your daily activities will be divided into ~ 70% tools structuration and 30% operational improvements.
Your tasks will include:

  • Tool Development : Assist in building and enhancing tools that maximize customer data value.

    • Data-Driven Decision Making (Python): Help build processes that use data to inform decisions about project quality, customer usage and value attainment mainly through notebooks.

    • Grafana Dashboards (SQL): Create and maintain dashboards using Grafana to monitor customer usage, value, and quality. Identify improvement areas and potential obstacles.

  • Data Analysis: Compile and analyze data to optimize client outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

    • Customer Trend Analysis: Review customer trends to uncover opportunities for enhancing customer experience and operational processes.

    • Communication: Present findings and analytic insights to management, contributing to data-informed decision-making.

  • Customer Data and Knowledge Management: Manage customer data and knowledge to comprehensively understand of our customer base.

  • Engineering Background: Skills and perspectives from an engineering background will be used on a daily basis (physics, data analysis, applied mathematics).

  • A Business sense: you’re interested in the business side of SaaS and you desire to understand and improve customer success.

  • Your interest in SaaS businesses: willing to tackle software and data analytics challenges within a SaaS company.

We seek candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:

  • SQL and Data Visualization: Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools.

  • Programming: Experience with programming with Python.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical findings.

  • Continuous Learning: Willingness to learn, innovate, take initiative, and collaborate in a global organization.

WORKPLACE

📌 This position is based in our Paris office, boulevard Haussmann, 3 minutes from the Saint-Lazare train station.

👩‍💻 You will be able to telecommute up to 2 days per week (days determined at your convenience).
