Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated SEO & Content Marketing Manager to join our team and help us drive our content strategy forward. In this role, you will be responsible for executing content initiatives that align with our broader marketing and business objectives, supporting our SEO efforts, and working closely with the marketing team to amplify our brand’s voice. If you have a passion for content creation and strategy, with an eye for design, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy Execution: Develop, manage, and execute content initiatives, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, social media content, and other forms of written and multimedia content that align with our marketing strategy.

  • SEO Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance our SEO strategy, ensuring our content drives organic growth and improves search visibility.

  • Content Creation: Write, edit, and produce high-quality content that engages our target audience and positions our brand as a thought leader in the industry.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure content aligns with overall campaigns and initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.

  • Design Integration: Leverage basic design skills to create visually appealing content. Proficiency in design tools is a huge plus.

  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze content performance, adjust strategies as needed, and report on content effectiveness to ensure goals are met.


Preferred experience

  • You have 3+ years of experience in content marketing, with a focus on B2B or SaaS.

  • You have a proven ability to execute content strategies that drive traffic, leads, and brand visibility.

  • You have hands-on experience with SEO tools and techniques, and can optimize content for search engines.

  • You have a strong understanding of content marketing metrics and know how to use data to drive decisions.

  • You are proficient in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or have an eye for design that allows you to work well with visual content.

  • You have excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.

  • You can manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • You are detail-oriented and have a creative mindset with a focus on problem-solving.

  • A huge plus if you already master webflow as a website CMS :)
