The position

Job description

Are you a customer-oriented strategist with expertise in business development and an interest in innovation? Join our team as the Head of Sales to lead MODJAW’s sales strategy across Europe and Asia.

Your responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Define and implement a customer-focused sales strategy aligned with the company’s overall objectives.

  • Sales Management: Set sales targets (quarterly and annual) and monitor their achievement through precise KPIs. Analyze performance and propose actions for improvement.

  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead and develop a European and Asian sales team, set performance objectives, and support their growth through coaching and tailored training.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Clinical, R&D, and Supply teams to deploy effective sales strategies and maximize opportunities in each territory.

  • Representation: Represent the company at key industry events, develop relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and support senior management in investor relations.


Preferred experience

Your profile:

  • Based in Europe, ideally in Lyon (France). You should be able to be present at the headquarters (Lyon, France) at least one week per month and on request for specific events (sales meetings, board meetings where your presence is required, etc.).

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

  • Fluent English is essential – French is a significant asset, and any other language is a plus.

  • Mandatory experience: at least 7 years in medical device/dental sales AND at least 3 years managing medical/dental sales teams. Experience in digital dentistry is a significant asset.

Education:

  • Master’s degree in Business/Marketing and/or Dentistry.
