The position

Job description

🎯 Your Mission

Reporting to the Director of Product and Marketing, you will play a key role in Modjo’s strategy and work closely with the Product, Revenue, and Marketing teams. You will have to manage a junior PMM position. Your mission will be structured around four main areas:

1. Strategy & Market Intelligence

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the SaaS market and ecosystem: direct and indirect competitors, technological trends, and AI developments related to voice of the customer.

  • Listen to conversations between Modjo and its clients/prospects to extract strategic insights. Lead interviews with clients & prospects to map their needs & pains.

  • Translate this market intelligence into actionable recommendations to shape the product roadmap and strategic initiatives.

2. Enabling Revenue Teams

  • Ensure commercial teams fully understand the Modjo product (”why, how, what”).

  • Develop sales enablement tools: product sheets, videos, tailored customer testimonials.

  • Educate teams on the market and competition to navigate an ultra-competitive environment where over-promising is common.

3. Go-To-Market & Performance Monitoring

  • Work closely with Product Managers to define and track product feature launches.

  • Structure each launch around three key axes: acquisition (make it known), activation (encourage trials), usage (drive adoption).

  • Have a direct impact on product presentation and customer experience through copywriting, acquisition, and user journey optimization.

4. User Experience & Onboarding

  • Build a seamless onboarding process to maximize adoption without overburdening the CSM teams.

  • Define the user lifecycle and key interactions at every stage of their journey.

  • Create educational tools to help customers get the most out of Modjo.


Preferred experience

  • 4-5 years of experience minimum (excluding internships and apprenticeships).

  • At least 2 years of experience in a SaaS / Tech / Sales-driven environment.

  • First experience in management is highly appreciated.

  • Strong analytical skills, strategic mindset, and excellent communication.

  • Passion for technology, SaaS, and the world of sales productivity.

  • French bilingual is a must have, English professional proficiency.
