🧑‍💻 Why do we need you?

As a Customer Care / Account manager you have one simple mission: take care of our clients, support and advise them (most of them are HRDs) to ensure that moka.care is their thinking partner about Mental health!

Being a Customer Care at moka is really different from doing it elsewhere, at moka you will:

- Support and nurture our portfolio of small and medium-sized accounts (150 clients), ensuring their satisfaction by working closely with the team.

- Ensure a 100% client renewal rate by building strong, trust-based relationships and delivering exceptional value.

- Drive growth through identifying upselling opportunities (collective targets), understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions.

- Advise and implement customized Mental Health Roadmaps for your clients, ensuring moka.care remains relevant and adapted to their evolving needs, with initiatives like on-site or virtual talks and workshops.

- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Operations, Mental Health, etc.) to design scalable solutions that address client challenges and promote long-term success.

- Monitor and analyze the key performance indicators (KPIs) of your client portfolio, identifying areas for improvement and executing action plans to enhance client satisfaction.

- Contribute actively to the evolution of the Customer Care department, bringing innovative ideas and helping structure a growing team.

- Lead launch presentations and webinars to drive the adoption of our services

📇 You’re the ideal person if:

  • You have a previous experience of 6 months to 1 year as an Account Management in BtoB services (including internships and apprenticeships)
  • You are a great relationship builder with high empathy and emotional intelligence
  • Perfect oral and written presentation in both French and English
  • You are organized, proactive and service-oriented and ready to manage your own portfolio of clients
  • Analytical skills are required to ensure the good quality of the reporting sent to the top management
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, ambitious and agile
  • Interest in psychology is a plus
  • Package : 36100€ (annual base base) + 1900€ (variable salary) + BSPCE
