moka.care is a mental health solution for companies, with one mission in mind: nurturing healthy minds to foster healthy organizations.

We guide employees through individual and group therapy or coaching sessions.

Alongside we help HR teams to take care of their employees’ mental health on a daily basis.

Where we are currently: Since our creation in December 2019, more than 250 companies (L'Oreal, Spendesk, Qonto, Engie, Castalie, etc.) have joined moka.care, and we now have over 200,000 employees covered in France but also throughout the world!

We have raised 17,5 million euros and are 65 to help companies improve their mental well-being.

🧑‍💻 Why do we need you?

We’re seeking a hands-on HR Specialist ready to dive into the day-to-day tasks of our people team. In this role, you’ll be directly involved in “getting things done,” from managing administrative duties to recruiting and supporting employee needs.

You will report directly to Ophélie, HR Manager.

Daily, you will work on:

1. HR operations

HR operations are the backbone of our team's smooth and efficient functioning.

- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee each stage of the employee journey, from hiring to departure.

- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare contracts, certificates, and ensure all documentation meets legal requirements.

- Payroll Management: Accurately process payroll data to ensure timely and compliant employee compensation (payfit)

2. Recruitment

While we don’t anticipate high-volume hiring in 2025, we need every open role (mainly replacements) filled efficiently and thoughtfully.

- Collaborate with hiring managers: Partner closely with managers to understand their needs, develop scorecards, and craft compelling job descriptions that attract qualified candidates.

- Proactive sourcing: Identify and actively reach out to potential candidates.

- Full-cycle recruitment: Take the lead in screening candidates, managing pipelines and feedback, and continuously enhancing our recruitment process.

- Talent pool development: Build and maintain a diverse candidate network to proactively meet future hiring needs.

- Employer branding: Strengthen our employer brand to attract the right candidates.

3. HR Projects

Our primary focus is on retention and performance.

- Employee satisfaction: Conduct internal surveys and gather feedback to improve workplace well-being.

- Performance reviews: Organize feedback sessions to support continuous employee growth.

- Contribute to key HR initiatives like:

- Onboarding & Offboarding: Streamline the employee onboarding and exit processes to ensure smooth transitions.

- Career Development: Collaborating on development paths to support people growth and retention.

CSR Alignment: Support HR efforts that reflect our commitment to CSR (ecovadis gold)

4. Office management & events

We want our office space to be a source of energy and motivation.

- Ensure smooth operations:

Keep daily office functions running seamlessly.

Oversee and coordinate with suppliers and service providers.

- Organize team events: Plan activities such as the annual seminar, quarterly gatherings, and annual celebrations.

- Enhance the office environment: Suggest and implement initiatives that make the workplace energizing for everyone.

📇 You’re the Ideal person if:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience, including 1 year in recruitment, ideally recruiting demanding profiles.
  • You are bilingual in French and fluent in English.
  • You have a solid understanding of French labor law and stay informed on HR and recruitment trends.
  • You may have experience in HR Operations or projects, but above all, you strongly desire to learn and grow in these areas.
  • You enjoy hands-on, diverse responsibilities.
  • You are proactive, highly organized, and thrive when managing multiple priorities.
  • You bring a service-oriented mindset with a strong focus on fostering team culture and a positive employee experience.
  • Internal Tools : Lever, Payfit, Slack (communication), Notion (knowledge base), Google Drive, 1password (secure password tool).
