About Us: We are a SaaS company specialising in skill development tracking, collaborating with major accounts such as Carrefour and Safran. Our mission is to transform skills management and provide innovative solutions to enhance the potential of our clients.

Job Description: As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation and success of our major client projects, playing a key role in guiding clients through the adoption and optimisation of our SaaS solution. As the first CSM on the ground in the UK you will have the opportunity to build and lead a new UK Customer Success team.

Responsibilities:

  • SaaS Project Implementation: Manage the entire lifecycle of our solution implementation, from needs assessment to go-live.

  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular and effective communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Training and Support: Train end-users and support them in using the solution to maximise its value.

  • Country Launch: Develop and execute strategies to launch our services in a new market.

  • Analysis and Optimization: Monitor performance and propose improvements to optimise the use of our solution.

  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and support teams to ensure an optimal client experience.


Preferred experience

Profile Sought:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a SaaS company working with major accounts.

  • Skills: Solid experience in project management, client relationship management and change management.

  • Sector Knowledge: Deep understanding of issues related to skill development tracking.

  • Languages: Native English. 2nd language (French) preferred but not essential.

  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, autonomous and able to work within a team.
