Location

Paris  or remote (up to - 7h CET to ensure sufficient overlap with the rest of the team).

Mission & Responsibilities

• Lead product development from ideation through shipping collaborating with cross-functional peers.
• Drive strategic thinking for the end-to-end user journey across our apps.
• Integrate user research and market analysis into product thinking to continue to innovate and improve our products.
• Understand the competitive landscape and ensure our products align with Morpho’s mission and are recognized as best in class.

Requirements:

Must-Have Experience & Skills

• At least 5 years of experience building and shipping, widely-recognized consumer products.
• Minimum 2 years of professional or personal involvement in DeFi, with demonstrated understanding of the DeFi ecosystem and its users.
• Experience working with technical teams.
• Knows how to make complex things simple.
