The position

Job description

HR and Administrative Assistant assistant will provide support in daily HR and Administrative tasks especially related to employees and activities to achieve Motul's objectives.

The candidate may be a senior(4th) class university student or a senior level who wishes to work part time.


Preferred experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:     

  • Reporting to Finance Director and HR Correspondent of Turkey
  • Assisting the HR department in day-to-day operations
  • Updating internal databases and keeping HR data current
  • Supporting on-boarding processes and new hire orientations
  • Following up on employment hire, labor and legal matters and exit documents and tools
  • Providing clerical and administrative support
  • Attending and coordinating HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc) and take minutes
  • Collaborating with employees to identify their training needs; and managing training sessions, Linkedin trainings,etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree from related fields
  • Availability to be in the office 2-3 times a week.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English;
  • Good level at MS Office programs, especially Microsoft Excel
  • High level of internal motivation and learning skills
  • Passionate about Human Resources and working with people;
  • Result-oriented and strong planning and organization skills;
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Perform other responsibilities related to the position
