The position

Job description

Your Missions:


  • Support the update of the job levering and perform necessary analysis and updates within the HRIS.

  • Contribute to the implementation of key HR development processes such as Performance Review, People Review, Mid-year Review.

  • Throughout the year, you will also participate in the execution of different tasks such as training, coaching, and co-development.

  • Support the recruitment team and help with the employer branding and attractiveness at corporate level.

  • Be proactive and assist with HR communication projects across various internal mediaI in close collaboration with internal communications,

 


Preferred experience

Your Skills:


Previous experience in an apprenticeship or internship in one of the main missions is highly desired.


Proficient in the Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
English: B2 - C1 level.


Knowledge of Talentsoft (HRIS) and/or Spanish is a plus!
