We're searching for a Marketing Brand & Communication Intern who is passionate about creativity, collaboration, and making waves. As an integral part of our dynamic team in the Bogota office, you'll get the chance to work on exciting projects that shape our brand and connect with our audience.

What you'll do : 

Be the brains behind the scenes: Help organize epic events, craft compelling communication strategies and programs, manage our social media presence and partnerships with digital influencers.

Collaborate with marketing wizards: Participate to the discussions with the different communication agencies (digital, social media, advertising, events) and in the implementation of the different initiatives as assigned.


Learn from the best: Gain hands-on experience in various marketing disciplines and develop your skills in areas like digital, social media, content creation, website management.


Make a difference: Lead the newsletter project (updates on current & future activities, foster the community engagement), and support the organization of internal and external meetings and presentations.


Preferred experience

What we're looking for:

A passion for marketing: You are currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program in Marketing, Business Management or Industrial Engineering. You're excited about the world of branding, advertising, and connecting with people.
Strong communication skills: You can articulate your ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. You speak English at an advanced level. 
A knack for organization: You're detail-oriented and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A positive attitude: You're enthusiastic, eager to learn, and have strong work ethic. You build and maintain good working relationships with individuals. 
Extra points if you

  • Have experience with social media platforms and content creation.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office, Google products and Adobe Creative Suite.
