Regional Sales Manager South-West Poland (m/f/d)

 

YOUR TASKS: SALES IS YOUR PASSION

 

  • Visit all local branches of IC/AP/IL in the designated area to build commercial relations with the branches managers and sales people
  • Manage network customers within the limits of influence
  • Driving Motul diversififcation in the area
  • Data analysis to review sales performance and reporting
  • Competitor mapping
  • Support local sales people in the area
  • Support for trade fairs/roadshows, trade promos with local branches
  • Manage customers in order to clarify: daily business, (order intake, tracking, control and adaption, credit notes, claim
  • handling, product returns, debit notes), delivery time tracking in SAP and CRM

Preferred experience

YOUR PROFILE: QUALIFICATION MEETS PERSONALITY!

  • University degree
  • Located in WROCŁAW
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially within MS Excel capabilities
  • Successful proven experience as sales representative in the automotive aftermarket and/or lubricant industry
  • Sound commercial understanding and ability to drive sales process
  • Negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent knowledge of the region in terms of potential customers presence
  • Fluent in Polish & English language, written and spoken
  • Driver's licence
