As the backbone of our IT operations, Azure cloud services enable efficient resource management, seamless integration across platforms, and the scalability required to support the mission of Doctors Without Borders.
As an Azure Infrastructure Manager you will be in charge of all necessary elements that support the systems and tools used by MSF SITS and its clients within MSF movement, focusing mainly on Azure cloud tools and services.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that the systems and devices are running efficiently, are secured and up-to-date and are consistently monitored and managed.
Implement Azure IaaS and PaaS technologies and services
(e.g., Azure VMs, Azure Storage, VNET’s, Resource Manager, Azure Backup, App Services, Azure Active Directory, Azure Virtual Desktop and Azure Data services)
Work closely with application owners, end-users, operations, and security leaders to ensure requirements are captured in the architecture design
Work directly with customers, migration partners and team members (DevOps engineers and developers) to determine soft dependencies, identify best methods of migration (manual and automated) and define cloud services, architecture, and environments for hosting business applications.
Participate in providing technology assessments in support of automation and technology migration initiatives
Recommend cloud resource utilization and optimization based on monitored analytics reports on cloud consumption rates, trends, impact areas, and trouble areas

4 years of experience as Azure Admin or Architect
Proficiency in Azure IaaS and PaaS technologies and services
(e.g., Azure VMs, Azure Storage, VNET’s, Resource Manager, Azure SQL, Azure Backup, Traffic Manager, Cloud & App Services, Azure Active Directory)
Deep Knowledge of Infrastructure Automation and DevOps practices
Experience in automation tools
(e.g., Bash, Powershell, Git, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Ansible)
Full proficiency in English
Advantage
Bachelors degree or higher in Information Technology
Proficiency in Windows OS and storage technologies
Good communicator - ability to explain technical issues to non-technical audience
