The position

Job description

MSF relies extensively on Microsoft tools and solutions to support our global medical and humanitarian initiatives. As we operate in numerous regions, managing a complex portfolio of software licenses is critical to ensuring that our teams have uninterrupted access to the technology they need.

License Specialist helps us manage and maintain MSF SITS’s License portfolio in cooperation with multiple vendors and providers. Maintaining compliance, optimizing costs, and ensuring smooth operations are his/her key priorities.

Description

  • Manage license allocation and compliance across various systems.

  • Provide and update pricing, features, and conditions.

  • On-board new licenses and support annual renewals.

  • Collaborate with the Senior License Specialist and finance on cost recovery and re-billing.

  • Perform license reconciliation and administrative tasks.

Preferred experience

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in the context of IT delivery

  • Advanced knowledge of M365, SharePoint, Power BI, Active Directory and other Microsoft solutions

  • Experience converting business requirements to solution specifications

  • Full proficiency in English

Advantage

  • Higher education in computer science or related Information Technology field

  • Knowledge of Powershell scripting


Recruitment process

  2. 1st Interview - usually with the team leader & HR representative

  3. 2nd Interview - usually with the department leader
