License Specialist helps us manage and maintain MSF SITS’s License portfolio in cooperation with multiple vendors and providers. Maintaining compliance, optimizing costs, and ensuring smooth operations are his/her key priorities.
Manage license allocation and compliance across various systems.
Provide and update pricing, features, and conditions.
On-board new licenses and support annual renewals.
Collaborate with the Senior License Specialist and finance on cost recovery and re-billing.
Perform license reconciliation and administrative tasks.

2-3 years of experience in the context of IT delivery
Advanced knowledge of M365, SharePoint, Power BI, Active Directory and other Microsoft solutions
Experience converting business requirements to solution specifications
Full proficiency in English

The recruitment process at MSF SITS usually follows three steps:

1st Interview - usually with the team leader & HR representative
2nd Interview - usually with the department leader
