Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a finance professional to play a key role in the MSX Group Finance team who are responsible for the accurate reporting of the Group’s financial performance and position internally and externally.

Working pattern and location

  • Monday – Friday
  • 40 hours per week
  • Permanent
  • Office based (Colchester)

Preferred experience

We believe that you are AAT / part qualified or that you have equal relevant experience. A good level of technical knowledge and solid understanding of bookkeeping is important and experience in a group function would be beneficial. You will have strong communication skills and be able to deal with accountants from across the world reporting into group finance.

Our ideal Management Accountant will also have:

  • AAT / part qualified accountant, or with equivalent industry experience
  • Experience of using third party consolidation systems and accounts preparation software
  • Strong systems and IT skills with an ability to innovate, learn and implement new systems.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to liaise at all levels within the organisation
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to take ownership of work and be accountable to the stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills
