MSX International is looking for an Online Sales Consultant to join our international program by being part of the digital transformation of Europe’s leading commercial vehicle brand and shaping the company’s future.

Job Description

This is a chance to join a new and exciting business unit at the very start and play an instrumental role in scaling the business, by delivering smart solutions to customers and partners that make a real difference to people’s lives and make a difference to the planet. In addition, the Online Sales Consultant will:

  • Be responsible for managing inbound leads for the country, growing the existing SMB customer base and supporting and growing the business of a selected range of dealers;
  • Be instrumental in the nurturing and upselling to our Freemium customer base for which you will plan and execute sales webinar;
  • Be building your customer network and raising dealer awareness for the portfolio of services offered (Electric Vehicles, Charging, Servicing, and Data Solutions/Telematics);
  • Build strong relationships with the Field Based Sales Team, to generate business opportunities;
  • Conduct on-line sales demonstrations to prospective customers;
  • Work closely with client onboarding teams to support a seamless and first-class customer experience;
  • Provide voice of customer feedback to the product development teams.

About you

Our ideal Online Sales Consultant will be passionate about technology and the impact that it can have on businesses and the environment. It is a great opportunity for someone motivated by challenging targets who enjoys working with smart and ambitious colleagues. The Online Sales Consultant should:

 

  • Be able to engage immediately and confidently with influencers and decision-makers at multiple levels of seniority;
  • Native Spanish, and English at least B2+;
  • Have 3+ years of online sales experience;
  • Be proficient in social selling and building outstanding online relationships. Eg. LinkedIn Sales Navigator;
  • Bean enthusiastic self-starter who is determined to make an impact as an individual contributor whilst working with the team to achieve the overall Country goals;
  • Be willing to embrace all aspects of working in a fast-growing business, from managing day-to-day admin to closing deals;
  • Plus: Automotive aftersales experience;
  • Plus: Experience within SaaS business;
  • Plus: Experience in telematics, mobility, EV Charging or software sales.
