What We Are Looking For:
If your answer is yes to the questions listed above, MSXi might have the right opportunity for you! We are expanding one of our signature programs and are looking for a Team Lead to lead/supervise the team of automotive technical experts who can troubleshoot technical issues, advise dealers, contribute to fix -it-right first time and liaise with multiple OEM departments. Your day to day will include local travel to designated dealerships, training the Technical Advisors/Technicians, assigning work to the team, supervising their daily activities, reporting their KPIs, and problem solving.
