Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive, organized and detailed Warranty Auditor to execute warranty audits, on-site and remote, for a global leading automotive brand in the USA. The successful candidate will manage the documentation and prepare for each audit, conduct the audit, communicate with dealer and the brand on the results and report out on the activities. Other related tasks can be assigned that provide support for the main activities.

The candidate will report to the Brand Audit Manager for day-to-day activities and to the local MSX Delivery Manager for employment related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits on-site and remote.
  • Document findings, identify areas of inefficiency and make business recommendations based on the published brand policy.
  • Lead meetings and present findings in a clear and factual layout ensuring minimal discussion surrounding the facts.
  • Report out on travel, audits and any other KPI relevant to conduct the activity

Preferred experience

  • At least 5 years of experience performing automotive warranty audits.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Project Management or Process Manager role.
  • Experience in the automotive field at a dealer is required.
  • Knowledge of automotive technology is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word and Excel (a test will be administered before employment offer).

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work to objectives, independently and maintain strict control and discipline of the activities assigned.
  • Capable of making critical decisions based on time and outcome constraints.
