Job Description

  • Coordinate, support, adjust and coach warranty team members in connection with the daily operation. Ensure availability, high level of productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, quantitative objectives set by KPIs, set by the customer.  
  • Pro-actively initiate changes and supportively carry over actions based on agreements with team members or on management decisions.  
  • Represent the team on internal and external meetings. 
  • Ensure clear and correct communication with customer NSC’s and the MSXI team working on markets belonging to geographical region of responsibility. Maintain meeting minutes, action plans connected to the communication and issues with markets of geographical responsibility. 
  • Manage the production of required reports and the proper use of reporting tools. 
  • Be accessible, supportive and reasonable partner while daily communication with the client. Explain clearly, politely and professionally all dealer questions relating to warranty. 
  • Assess claims according to client’s warranty regulations and repair procedures in an efficient way, respecting the defined lead times.  
  • Track warranty response and resolve dealer queries based on request. 
  • Maintain the accessibility and update the knowledge of relevant technical and warranty materials, bulletins and manuals.

Working pattern and location 

  • 40 hours per week 
  • Indefinite contract 
  • Monday - Friday 
  • Hybrid work (2-3 working from home days per week after training period) 

Preferred experience

  • Automotive engineering degree or equivalent experience, 
  • Fluency in English – EU passport or citizenship is mandatory.  
  • Experience working in automotive after sales processes and dealer network knowledge would be an asset, 
  • Proven team and project management experience, 
  • Knowledge of aftersales processes including warranty policies and procedures, 
  • Basic technical knowledge in automotive parts, diagnosis and repair, 
  • Capability of working with IT tools /Microsoft 365, Excel, Power Point – advanced level/,  
  • Strong analytical skills, 
  • Ability to work under pressure, 
  • Excellent relational and communicational skills (customer, dealer, colleague, management), the official language of the project is English, other EU language capability is an asset.
