Clémentine SIBILIA worked as an intern in the Paris Mid Caps team in July 2022 before joining the team as an analyst in January 2023.

Previously, Clémentine had experiences in Financial Audit at EY and in Private Equity at Equistone.

Graduated from IESEG School of Management and with previous experience in M&A at Bryan, Garnier & Co and at Pax Corporate Finance, Éric joined Naxicap Partners after 6 months of internship as an Analyst in 2022.

He is part of the Paris team and notably involved in Eureka Education and Astoria.

Dominique has been present in our Toulouse office since 2015, where he started as an intern in 2007.

Between 2008 and 2014, Dominique was Associate Mid Caps in our Lyon office. During this period, he participated in the support of groups such as ORALIA, BRASSERIES PAUL BOCUSE, JAGUAR NETWORK, LABORATOIRES GRAVIER, KODEN.

He is currently involved with the groups, EQWAL, INCEPT GROUP and ABF.

Clémence joined Naxicap Partners in 2013 as an Analyst and then Senior Associate until 2019 where she was involved particularly with I@D, Technicis, Altares and Emera.

Between 2020 and the end of 2021, she joined Bpifrance Creative and Cultural Industries fund as Investment Manager where she followed investments in Nacon, Paradiso, Buffet Crampon and Brut.

In 2022, she had the opportunity to lead Ubisoft’s startup program.

She returned to Naxicap Partners in 2023 as Investment Manager in the Small Cap teams. She is involved particularly with Solutys.

Hervé started his career at PwC in 2018 as CSR Consultant in the Sustainable Performances and Strategy team (Paris). During this experience, he worked with several Private Equity firms on their socially responsible investment strategy (ESG due-diligences and reviews, reporting support).

Previously, he completed two internships : one in India (micro-finance) and one in a French Private Equity firm committed to a more responsible and profitable economy (Alter-Equity).

He joined Naxicap in January 2022, as ESG Analyst and is responsible for supporting portfolio companies in the management of their main environmental and/or social issues.

After founding his own company in the food sector in Hamburg (Germany), Philipp started his career in private equity in 2017 at Astorius, a German-based fund of funds. In his most recent position as Investment Director, Philipp was responsible for investments in Germany and France.

Philipp holds an B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Economics (University of Mannheim, Justus-Liebig-University of Gießen) and is currently pursuing a PhD at HHL Leipzig on the value drivers of European private equity backed SMEs.

Philipp joined the German office of Naxicap Partners in Frankfurt in 2023 as Associate.

Graduated from Bocconi university and HEC, Ludovico had previous experience in the Mid Cap team of Andera Partners and in Mazars Transaction Services department.

He joined Naxicap Partners in Lyon as an analyst in 2021 and is involved in the follow-up of Eurogerm and Siblu

Joanna started her career in 2011 as ESG analyst at EthiFinance (a CSR rating agency), and later on she joined INDEFI, a strategy consulting firm, as ESG consultant.

Over the years, Joanna provided guidance to many Private Equity firms to define their ESG strategy, assess target companies’ and portfolios’ ESG risks and opportunities, as well as report on ESG performance to LPs.

Joanna joined Naxicap Partners in September 2021 as ESG Director.

  • The mid-market segment, focusing on majority equity stakes where they invest tickets ranging from €50 to €250 million in companies valued between €100m to €800m in all sectors.
  • The small-market segment, focusing on equity stakes where they invest tickets ranging from €5 to €50 million in companies valued up to €200m in all sectors.

With €7 billion under management and total annual investments around €700 million, Naxicap investors support management teams in their expansion plans with strong international and digital ambitions.

Naxicap Partners has developed a socially responsible investment strategy and ensures the improvement of its portfolio's companies extra-financial criteria, particularly with regard to climate change, biodiversity and gender equality.

Naxicap Partners invests and manages its portfolio from 5 offices: Paris, Lyon, Nantes, Toulouse and Frankfurt. 25% of investments are made outside of France.
