We’re seeking a creative, trend-savvy Social Media Specialist to lead our social media presence on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube for the U.S. market. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to engage audiences, build community, and create memorable brand experiences. You’ll have the opportunity to shape and tell our story in unique, relatable ways—showcasing our passion for sustainable tech and plant science, all while driving engagement and growth across platforms.
The Social Media Specialist will report directly to Neoplants’ Marketing Director and collaborate with the team to elevate our presence in the U.S. market.

Your missions & key responsibilities (but not limited to): :

• Develop and implement platform-specific content strategies for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

• Produce engaging content that resonates with our U.S. audience, stays on top of trends, and enhances brand awareness.

• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure our brand message is consistently reflected across all channels.

• Monitor engagement metrics, analyze content performance, and adjust strategies to optimize impact.

  If you’re a social media enthusiast with a knack for storytelling, a passion for sustainability, and a love for growing online communities, we’d love to meet you!

• Native English speaker with a deep understanding of U.S. culture and trends.

• 1-2 years of professional experience, ideally in a startup environment.

• Proven track record of building and managing online communities.

• Strong communication skills and a creative mindset.

• Proven experience in social media management, particularly on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

• Experience managing a personal social media account with a large following is a plus.

• A passion for sustainability and a creative approach to digital storytelling.
