As a PO/PM GDPR Expert, you will be responsible for the design, development, and management of digital products and services in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

You will play a key role in product strategy, ensuring that the proposed solutions comply with legal standards and best practices in data protection.

Main Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize the product backlog while integrating GDPR requirements from the design phase (Privacy by Design & Default).

• Collaborate with legal, technical, and business teams to ensure product compliance.

• Define and monitor compliance and performance indicators for products.

• Conduct regulatory and technological watch to anticipate developments in data protection.

• Develop and disseminate best practices within internal teams.

• Support teams in implementing processes and features ensuring data protection.

• Participate in compliance audits and respond to regulatory authority requirements.

• Identify and manage risks related to data protection within products.

Required :

• Master’s degree in digital law, IT, project management, or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product ownership/management with minimum a first experience specialized in GDPR compliance.

• Certification in data protection (CIPP/E, DPO, etc.) is a plus.

• Experience in regulated industries (banking, healthcare, e-commerce) is mandatory.

• Experience in management team : you will be able to manage a team of 15 people. 

• You've already worked on a SaaS BtoB collaborative document management solution (DMS/GED), integrated with Google Drive.
