The role of the orders administrator is mainly as follows :
client orders registering in our ER
you challenge our logistics partners in case of non-delivery on time
you are in charge of the invoicing follow-up
diverse other administrative tasks
you will be in charge of our German clients; therefore we are seeking for the following languages skills : German as native language or minimum B2, English B2, French B2
You have a minimum experience of 1 year, preferably in the FMCG sector or in a similar function.
The recruitment will occur in 2 steps : after a first interview with HR, you will meet the team leader and the Group OTC manager.
