Job description

About us

At Niryo, we’re on a mission to make robotics accessible to everyone by creating innovative and intuitive robotic solutions for the greater good.

With a blend of cutting-edge technology and industrial expertise, our robots and robotic systems are used by businesses, R&D centers, and universities in over 60 countries.

Our industrial roots in France are a mark of quality: as a recipient of the France 2030 award, we design, manufacture, and assemble our robots in France, staying true to our mission of supporting the country's reindustrialization.

As we grow rapidly, driven by our ambition to shape the future of robotics, we’re looking for passionate and motivated people to join us in building the next generation of collaborative robots.

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Channel Sales Manager US to help drive Niryo’s expansion in the education market across the United States.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

In a fast-growing market like the US, your mission will be to lead and expand our distributor network in this region.

Manage the distribution network:

  • Source and identify new distributors in untapped states, evaluate potential partners, and establish contact.
  • Develop new partnerships: negotiate, sign contracts, and oversee the onboarding and training of new partners.
  • Set quarterly and annual sales targets in collaboration with distributors.
  • Monitor distributor activity: manage commercial offers, provide technical support, and assist during sales (via video conference or on-site).
  • Manage the end of partnerships when needed, and find alternatives to maintain a strong network.

Be present in the field:

  • Attend national and local trade shows to represent Niryo and grow our partner network.
  • Regularly visit distributors, participate in workshops, and meet end customers to better understand their needs and tailor our offerings.
  • Plan for 3 to 6 weeks of travel per quarter (about 2 trips on average) to support partners and further develop the network.

Ensure internal coordination:

  • Work closely with the US sales team to allocate leads to the most suitable distributors.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide distributors with sales support and share leads generated from growth marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain smooth coordination with customer support for end-user assistance and with logistics for order management.
  • Report on quarterly and annual performance to ensure thorough tracking of sales objectives.

YOUR TEAM

Your manager: You will report directly to the Head of Sales, who will guide you in shaping the strategy and expanding the distribution network in the US.

Your colleagues: You will work hand in hand with our dynamic sales team to support one another and share your successes.

Collaborations: You will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure our offerings are aligned with market needs and optimized for partner success.

Our most-used tools: Hubspot (CRM), Google Suite, Notion, Jira.

TON PROFIL

  • You have at least 5 years of successful experience in IT/digital sales, with strong knowledge of indirect sales techniques.
  • You have experience selling in the US market or working in a US-focused role, and you understand the specificities of this market.
  • Experience in hardware sales and indirect sales would be a plus for this role.
  • You are fluent in English (C1 level minimum) and comfortable working in an international environment.
  • You are motivated to join a fast-growing company and contribute to an ambitious project that is redefining the robotics industry. If you’re as excited as we are about accelerating our growth in the US, we want to hear from you!

JOB SPECIFICS

  • Specifi working hours: 3 days a week working from 1pm to 10pm to align with US time zones. The rest of the week will be regular business hours.
  • Growth opportunities: Potential to relocate to the United States by 2026.
