Originally from the Philippines, Madel stared working at the NNIT Philippine’s office back in 2016. As an advanced DevOps engineer, Madel provides advisory, manages deployment and implementation of infrastructure changes, and assists other project requests. Her team has a global set up across Denmark, the Philippines, and the Czech Republic and manage collaborates daily to monitor and quickly resolve issues as they maintain the security.

Jayapriya Chandran, a skilled senior developer, supports projects as a migration consultant and plays a vital role in managing migration support team and supporting projects that help customers migrate data, such as regulatory and clinical information, from the legacy system to target system using primarily the Veeva One platform. Her diverse team consists of people from the Czech Republic, Denmark, Poland, and Germany whom Jayapriya finds helpful, supportive, and understanding, and thus creating a positive work environmental for her to work at. Most important qualities she values in her coworkers include being proactive, willing to learn, sharing their knowledge and having passion for their work.

Being an expat living in Prague, Jayapriya joined NNIT in 2021 due to its internal culture since she values international work environment that allows employees grow both personally and professionally. She found both the hiring and onboarding processes smooth, efficient, and well-organized. To support her during her initial phase at the company, Jaya was assigned a mentor to help her with both administrative and technical queries.

She considers the ability to maintain a successful career while also spending quality time with her family, which NNIT supports, as crucial.

Ivan joined NNIT as an Integration Consultant in Life Sciences during Covid-19. He enjoys taking on new challenges and was eager to start something new – the pharmaceutical industry sector. Ivan contributes to various projects related to systems integration while assisting pharmaceutical companies in keeping their laboratory systems up and running. Ivan finds his job tasks interesting and positively challenging – his priorities may change multiple times a day, thus not a single day at NNIT is boring for him.

Ivan is part of multiple international teams, both project-based and customer-based, with whom he collaborates daily, and despite working remotely, he finds the cooperation effective. He also enjoys the perks of the new NNIT office – its central location, comfortable relax zones, good coffee, and most importantly, a secure bike storage, since Ivan is an enthusiastic cyclist. For him, the biggest challenge lies in balancing his personal and work life, but he appreciates the support and understanding by NNIT which gives him the opportunity to work from home, or have flexible working hours.

Elena values companies which invest in their human resources and support employees in their career growth. As a recently promoted line manager, she strives to create the best possible environment for her team. As an application manager of a team comprising of talented NNIT developers based both in the Czech Republic and Denmark, her tasks include supporting customers from the Danish public sector with their applications. Whenever they have issues with their applications, Elena is there to help them assign appropriate resources and make sure the problem is resolved quickly and effectively.

Impressed by the Scandinavian work culture, Elena appreciates the work-life balance, flexible working hours and hybrid work model NNIT provides, giving her an opportunity to be simultaneously a dedicated mother while advancing her career, meeting interesting people and learning.

While job hunting after graduation, Andrey was recommended NNIT by a friend working there. He decided to apply and was hired successfully. As an associate consultant specializing in Integration for the Dell Boomi platform. Andrey’s assigned projects involve building new solutions for clients, troubleshooting existing projects, and communicating with customers to improve quality of work NNIT provides.

Apart from the company culture, which, according to him, makes NNIT an amazing place to work at, another aspect Andrey likes about his job is his team of smart, supportive people who are fun to be around.
