What is going to be a part of your workload?

  • Supporting our Danish speaking clients via e-mail and calls
  • Creating, editing, tracking and being responsible for person's order
  • Taking care of administrative agenda of clients' orders including payments, replacements, and communication with suppliers and the warehouse
  • Presenting information about the products we offer in relation to customers' preferences
  • Cooperating with marketing department with regard to translations and reviews

What do you need?

  • Proficient knowledge of Danish language both written and spoken
  • English OR Czech on a communicative level (at least B2)
  • High empathy capacity and professional attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for personal development
  • Heart beating for your team
