We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to drive awareness and trial of the Notino Partner through effective B2C communication in key markets: Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, and Bulgaria. This role will be pivotal in crafting engaging content and strategies that resonate with our audience and promote our partner initiatives.

What to expect in the position:

• Increase awareness and encourage trial of the Notino Partner among consumers in key markets.
• Collaborate with the Notino Partner team and Notino Content team to define key messaging and strategic objectives for the Partner Program.
• Develop a comprehensive activity calendar and posting plan to ensure timely and relevant content distribution.
• Create engaging and informative content (Reel videos, mood photos with collaboration with influencers)
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of content and media support.
• Implement strategies for optimization based on data insights.

What we expect from you:

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the beauty or retail sectors.
• Strong understanding of B2C marketing and communication strategies.
• Excellent content creation skills, with proficiency in video editing and photo editing tools.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and experience in optimizing campaigns based on data.
• Creative thinker with a passion for beauty and a deep understanding of current trends in social media.
